Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to SolvNFix websites, accounts, free tools and paid services, including MotionX. By using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account. You may not use SolvNFix to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, abuse our infrastructure, bypass usage limits, or generate or distribute unlawful content. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or comply with law.
3. MotionX subscription and credits
MotionX is an AI image-to-video service. The current planned paid plan is US$9.99 per month and includes 300 Motion Credits per subscription period. Credit requirements can vary by resolution and duration and are shown in the product interface. Credits are usage entitlements, have no cash value, and do not represent stored money. Unless a promotion expressly says otherwise, unused monthly credits do not roll over.
4. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed billing interval until cancelled. Prices, taxes and payment terms are shown before purchase. You may cancel future renewal through the billing controls made available with your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily reverse charges already incurred. Any price change affecting a renewal will be communicated as required by applicable law.
5. AI output and user content
You retain responsibility for content you upload and must have the rights needed to use it. AI outputs can be imperfect, unexpected or similar to outputs created for others. You are responsible for reviewing generated material and ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights. SolvNFix does not guarantee that an AI output is unique or suitable for a particular purpose.
6. Service availability
We work to keep SolvNFix reliable, but services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security events, internet failures or third-party providers. Features may evolve over time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.
8. Intellectual property
SolvNFix branding, software, interfaces and original site content are owned by or licensed to SolvNFix and may not be copied, resold or exploited except as permitted by law or written authorization.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SolvNFix is provided on an “as available” basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Mandatory statutory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
