Refund Policy

Our approach
We want paid SolvNFix services to be clear and fair. This policy applies to direct paid SolvNFix subscriptions, including MotionX. It does not reduce any mandatory refund or consumer rights available under applicable law.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription before its next renewal through the billing controls provided with your account. Cancellation prevents future renewal. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, access and remaining subscription entitlements continue until the end of the paid billing period.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a material technical failure that prevented reasonable use of the paid service, or have another legitimate billing issue, contact us promptly at partners@solvnfix.com. Include the account email, transaction details and a short explanation. We will review eligible requests individually.
Usage-based digital services
AI generation incurs processing costs when a request is executed. Once substantial paid credits or generation capacity have been consumed, a refund may be declined to the extent permitted by law, except where the service was defective or a refund is otherwise legally required. We do not provide cash value for unused promotional or complimentary credits.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Please contact us promptly if you see a duplicate charge or believe a payment was unauthorized. We will investigate and, where appropriate, work with our payment provider to correct the transaction. This does not affect rights you may have through your payment provider or applicable law.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. Processing and bank posting times are controlled partly by the payment provider and financial institution, so the time for funds to appear can vary.
