1. Information we collect
Depending on the service you use, we may collect account information such as name and email address; subscription and transaction status; device, browser and usage information; support communications; and content or files you intentionally submit for processing. Payment-card details are processed by our authorized payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by SolvNFix.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the services, authenticate accounts, process and administer subscriptions, allocate usage credits, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose performance, comply with legal obligations and improve SolvNFix.
3. AI and file processing
Some tools require files, prompts or other content to be processed by infrastructure or specialist service providers in order to deliver the requested function. For example, MotionX may transmit necessary input data to an AI-processing provider to generate a video. We limit processing to what is reasonably necessary to provide and operate the service.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We may share necessary information with providers that support hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, communications, storage, security and AI processing. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights and security, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information as a data-broker business.
5. Cookies and analytics
SolvNFix may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences and measurement. Where consent is legally required for non-essential technologies, we will seek it as applicable.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including account administration, security, dispute resolution and legal compliance. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. You may also unsubscribe from optional marketing communications. Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
8. International processing
SolvNFix and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate legal mechanisms are used for international transfers.
9. Children
SolvNFix is not intended for children who are below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly seek personal information from such children.
